Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an opportunity to process feelings, relationships, past hurts, and current circumstances. It can also help you to improve positive life skills, ranging from relationships and communication skills to rewiring unhealthy thought patterns. Seeking help for your mental well-being is just like seeing a physician for your physical health – it is beneficial for living your best life

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients where I can guide them along their journeys toward understanding, self-awareness, and acceptance as they become the person they want to be.

Couples Counseling

Relationships can be tough for everyone. This service is similar to individual therapy in many ways, but the focus is to understand and improve a relationship, instead of the person as a whole.

Couples counseling explores communication skills, attachment style, love language, and learning how to reconnect or even start fresh. This type of therapy can help facilitate open communication and personal reflection in terms of a relationship.

Couples counseling can also be beneficial for people who have already made the decision to separate, helping the respective individuals learn how to decouple and even co-parent.

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness training is the teaching of practices and concepts designed to help participants increase their ability to be engaged in the present moment. It’s a practice of awareness, focus, and being non-judgmental and curious. This service is designed to educate and give first-hand experiences of mindfulness skills, techniques, and methods.

 

This service can be provided for individuals or in a group setting. Because everyone's needs are different, these exercises can be modified or tailored to the individual or group seeking training.
